The indices ended their fifth consecutive week in red. The Sensex was down by 3.53% and the Nifty by 2.94%. My portfolio managed to end the week, well in green (2.10%), thanks to the bounce back by some of the new listings.

Highlights of the week:

• Mindtree Consulting (37.51% up) was the major contributor.
• GBN, FSL, Parsvnath, Tech Mahindra bounced back well.
• Tata Chemicals, Indian Bank have all gone red.
  
• Reliance Comm. was the worst performer. The scrip tanked by more than 10%.
• Some recent secondary market buys like Indian Hotels and Infotech Enterprises have now become green.
• 11 out of 25 scrips are in the RED. :-(
